- Mysore Palace: Be transported into this timeless space and marvel at the architecture where the royalty still lives inside the palace. In the main palace building you will see the grandeur and mesmerizing beauty of Doll’s Pavilion, Royal marriage hall, Public & Private Durbar Halls. You’ll practically hear the dynasty stories echoing through the palace walls.
- Devraj Market: A century old charmer in Mysore. Get lost in the vibrant chaos, the lively vibes and the heritage hues. It’s like a quintessential Indian market, where every corner has a story to tell.
- Chamundi hills: Take a drive up these hills, home to the magnificent Chamundi temple and the reason ‘Mysuru’ also gets its name. Alongside breathtaking view of the city you can also see the second largest granite stone sculpture in the world of the Bull (Nandi) on this very hill.
- Tippus Summer Palace: Also called the Dariya Daulat Bagh in the historic town of Srirangpatna, this palace was built by Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan who defied the British. The palace boasts of Indo-Saracenic architecture and murals depicting battle scenes with the British army. .
- St.Philomena’s Church: Visit this church which was first built in 1843 to serve the British officers stationed at Mysore and Srirangapatna. It was later remodelled into a Neo Gothic style and is one of the tallest churches in Asia.
